    Myself, my husband and our 2 year old are looking to rent a detached house/apartment anywhere on the island that is within about an hours drive from either Clarenville or Gander. For example anywhere between Grand Falls to St. John's. We don't want an apartment where someone else is living upstairs downstairs or on the side. Our price limit is 900/month all inclusive, which includes heat light and internet. If not all inclusive, we are hoping to pay around 600. Hoping to get 3 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms would work. Need some outside storage space like a shed or a basement. Would prefer to have wood heat if possible. House has to be well insulated. Would prefer a furnished house but if not, needs to have a washer and dryer. Bonus points for lots of storage space, fenced backyard, ocean view, and proximity to a children's playground.
