1987 Jeep YJ Laredo
Originally California Jeep
Single year Mocha Brown Metallic paint.
Jeep has had a full nut and bolt restoration with modifications by a
professional builder about 15 years ago that has had multiple 4x4s profiled in
a Peterson 4wd. Sunday driver ever since. All hardware replaced with zinc
coated. All polyurethane bushings and Johnny Joints.
GM Crate 383 Stroker with Dart heads, Air Gap intake, SM465 transmission,
NP205 transfer case with TMR support bracket.
Military CUCV axles, Dana 60 front, G2 Locking hubs, shaved TMR Customs 14
Bolt Rear with traction bars. Stock 4.56 gearing with factory Detroit locker.
Custom built and ballanced driveshafts.
All driveline rebuilt at time of build.
TMR side steps.
15x10 Procomp rims with 38x15.50R15 Mickey Thompson MTR tires.
Procomp front bumper and warn back bumper with hitch and tire carrier option.
Hard too and hard doors, soft top and half doors.
This Jeep has NEVER seen a winter or mud.
Huge power and amazing cornering for a Jeep, does highway speeds without a
shimmy or vibration. This isn’t a modern Jeep, with the power, short wheelbase,
and locked rear it’s a handful(fun) to drive.
This is a pavement princess and never been off-road. Built for off-road but
tweaked for street.
There is a lot of money into this Jeep. YJs are becoming more collectable and
ones of this calibre sell for $25-$30k.
Looking for unique trades up or down on older muscle cars or classics. Not
keen on any ‘80s era or newer “muscle cars” or trucks.
