Off street parking for 1 (prefer 2) vehicle. Don't want any snow clearing tickets. Preferred close to a bus route, but not a deal braker. Appliances should include washer & dryer(or hook-ups), along with other major appliances. There must be storage available, at no extra costs. My list may seem picky, but l'm planning to be a long term tenant, and don't want to move every few months, because l didn't ask for something. No pets, and not a smoker of any kind.
