My partner, our roommate and I are looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom apartment or house in the St. John's area starting at the end of April. We are all quiet and responsible students who are looking for a quiet place to call home! We need enough parking for our 3 vehicles (all small cars) and would also love for it to be pet friendly as we are looking to adopt a dog, but it isn't a dealbreaker if not. Our budget is $1350/month POU, but we are interested in having heat/light included.
