Looking to Trade a 2015 15 HP Mercury 4 Stroke for a 20 HP Mercury 4 Stroke.

Looking to either buy a starter assembly for a older 9.9 mercury mariner or may consider the full motor working or not as long it as the starter.pics attached of what I'm looking for.

Both work a few years ago but not have them going sense, got a new boat. Both are older and are 20 hp. The Mercury has the outside plate rusted or a small hole in it and water comes out, Needs to be welder or a new plate..see pic.. The Suz needs rubber on the mounts.tks call or text 640 5651
