Always Sunny is a 1974 C&C 35mkii racer/cruiser. This boat has seen a long history of maintenance, upgrading, and documentation. If you google the original C&C 35s you will find dozens of glowing reviews that speak of its sea-kind handling, racing pedigree, durable build quality, and overall positive reputation. This boat is no exception and has seen lots of upgrades like a recent Yanmar 3GM30F engine with only 335hrs (new belts, fluids, filters, impeller, fuel system cleanout, etc all this year), large sail inventory in varying conditions from like-new to original (Spinnakers, Genoas, Storm Sails), large assortment of lines, spare parts, rigging, etc... Appraised and insured for $41,000 and priced below market value. Below deck is a gorgeous wood accented interior with pressurized hot and cold water, double sink, 110v fridge/icebox, and gimbaled stove in the galley. seating and sleeping for 4-6 people, 6'5" headroom (rare!) two large freshwater tanks for extended cruising, full electronics and nav station with GPS, VHF with DSC, autohelm, B&G wind/speed/depth, lots of NL charts, etc... In recent years there has been a thorough bottom job, deck painted, all winches cleaned and serviced, large engine service, rigging inspection, fresh water system cleanout/service/new pump, and much more (all with receipts). Aside from spring cleaning and launch nothing is required that would stop you from stepping aboard and setting off for a week of cruising or a Wednesday night race. Serious inquiries only please, full list of included equipment and full maintenance records since new are available by email as well as the 2018 out-of-water survey and potential membership at the RNYC in Long Pond for suitable applicants.

This handsome vessel was originally designed to sleep four cruisers. The 29ft Bayfield is a stable full-keel cruiser with over 6 ft. headroom in the cabin/salon. I have sailed this boat for 20 years throughout the Maritimes and find it to be a superb offshore blue water sailboat, steady underfoot and more than capable of weathering a blow without compromising passenger comfort. As a passage-maker, this vessel will safely take you anywhere you may wish to go. Recent upgrades include custom full-battened sails, Yanmdiesel engine, All-Grip Royal Blue hull, All-Grip two-tone non-skid deck, propane fireplace and new upholstery. Please Note: "S/V Mary Bruce" is Federally Registered and is, therefore "Tax Exempt" this has added benefits to those wishing to sail South of the border. I would be happy to arrange delivery of this vessel to any port in the Maritimes. I invite you to view the attached video and stills. A full inventory list is available upon request. Price $27,000.
