Leaving everything in cabin as in, fully furnished, dishes etc. Approx.1 minute from a pond, 5 minutes from Northwest Gander River via quad/skidoo for salmon fishing, 10 minutes to Steele Bridge and Ant Hill/Igloo City. Road plowed all winter long for access to mine and this cabin is about 500 ft off the main road. Accessible by vehicle/ snowmobile all year round.
