    We have a parcel of land (surveyed) on Samson’s island. Bay of exploits. It comes with a cabin which we have never used. Not sure exact size approx 15x24 It was purchased with intentions of renovating but our roots are on Swan island but we settled with exploits island which is where we spend our time now. It has beautiful potential. It is on a beautiful piece of land with a great view and is close to the water. There is lots of water and great beach to build a small wharf or attach a floating dock.
