This is water front property ... The cabin is on a hill but there is a road to
the water. It is steep but a side by side does it easily. there is a basement,
drilled well, 200 amp service. This property is outside protected road rules.
The septic is new... not grandfathered with papers. The windows are vinyl and
the siding is rated for high wind. The shed is 30x30 , built on cement . The
kitchen needs to be built and the bedrooms need to be built also. There is a
breakwall on the water and a nice cove perfect for a boat. For the most part
the land has been changed in that all the pug has been replaced with pit run.
