The sectional is in decent shape! a small burn hole from my fire place on one cushion and a rip in the very back of the couch ( as shown ) are the only faults. other then that it’s a fantastic and comfortable sectional. you cannot see the rip in the back when it’s placed against a wall as i have it. a good deal overall :) message if interested
