When it is in windows it works flawless and I've overclocked this desktop to 4.5 ghz for nearly 10 years. The memory runs fine with the ability to get the timings of the 3200 mhz ram down to cl 14 in full quad channel settings. I'm pretty sure the boot problems is with the motherboard and not the cpu but not entirely sure. With the 4.5ghz oc this cpu basically runs similar to a ryzen 3600 with cinebench scores of over 3300. I got another 16 gb of 3200 mhz for a total of 32 gb and will be willing to let the other 16gb sticks go as well if your willing to trade me 16gb ddr4(don't matter what speed or brand just need 16gb that works) as I need 16gb for my other pc.
