Prodock Construction offers build-it-yourself floating dock kits.
Our kits come with HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) float frame/pontoons and
all required marina grade galvanized hardware. We offer a range of different
sizes to suit every need both recreational and commercial.
We use brand new from the factory HDPE pipe (not re-purposed) and industrial
plastic fusion equipment. Each pontoon/float frame is presure tested and stress
tested to ensure quality and durability. Our pontoons are specifically
engineered and manufactured for floating docks offering the perfect amount of
flotation and stability.
We offer a materials list and instructions all you have to do is add the
lumber.
Available with all our docking systems is a complete range of marina grade
galvanised hardware and fasteners. Galvanized hinges, corners, cleats, deck
fasteners, bumpers, rails and ladders are all available to suit every
requirement.
