    2008 60hp Evinroude e-tec complete with controls, and wiring harness. recreational use only PROBLEM motor requires new voltage regulator, (ECM module) New Stator and spark plugs installed during diagnostic check. (check e-bay for ECM module) Runs great at 1000 rpm but will not maintain top speed because of lack of voltage output.
