Ford Racing Torsen T-2R high bias road racing diff - $1,000
Ford Racing Ring and Pinion Install Kit - $100 (diff bearing is attached to the T-2R and gasket is missing)
Ford Friction Modifier - $25

I was going to build a hybrid 8.8 for my Camaro, but going in a different direction now - all parts brand new, never used.
