Firewood in Newfoundland Labrador

I have a nice little wood stove that i am thinking about selling , dont really want to sell it but im not using it right now and have no plans on it at this time . Had this stove for my 16x20 insulated shed , and if wood was dry with in 20 minutes it was radiating heat like something else . Perfect little stove for someone with a small shed much like My self or a smaller cabin. Payed 399 bucks for it 3 years ago and i wouod be lying if i said that it burned 3 cord or wood within those three years . Im asking 300 firm , can not sell for l any less
