    This 2 bedroom cabin is located on the North side of Pitts Pond, in a secluded area. You can drive a truck for about 2 km on the dirt road that leads to Pitts Pond from the main road to the community of Terra Nova. There, on the left-hand side of the road, you will find the head of the trail leading to the cabin. The cabin is accessible by quad, side-x-side, or on foot for the last 1km of trail. The area is beautiful and very private, with a beach on the pond in front of the cabin. The cabin has modern vinyl casement windows, a stainless pre-fab chimney, and the roof shingles are in good condition. The roof overhangs the deck on the front of the cabin. There is a small wood shed next to the cabin with a generator cable plug-in. We replaced the wood stove in 2019 with a new J.A. Roby stove with chrome legs and a glass door. Three new solid pine doors were installed in the bedrooms and bathroom. A new toilet was purchased but hasn't been installed. A new propane water heater was purchased but not installed. There is a loft area above the main level which could be developed further. We didn't use it, as our kids were very young. The living room area is spacious with two couches. The kitchen has a propane stove (new 30lb tank and regulator on the side of the cabin) and cabinets with a sink. See the pictures for more details. The cabin is mostly pine on the interior, with log-style wooden siding on the exterior. We simply do not get the time to use the cabin or do the work necessary there with our kids getting older and into more activities. If someone could spend the time here to put some work in, it would be a wonderful rustic cabin, usable all year round.
