the beginning of the towns waterfront. The property has 125’ frontage and 200’
back. All granted land (No yearly fee to crown lands)with wide driveway already
installed along with a Future Steel (Very little maintenance) garage completely
finished on the property. Garage is 25’ wide by 30’ long and at the back edge
of property. Lots of land left for a large house if desired. Property has water
and septic approval for a 2 bedroom house but land is large enough that it
shouldn’t be a problem to get approval for a larger house if desired.
Property has about 50 loads of pit run fill already. Might need another 15 or

This cabin, located near the Great Rattling Brook River on an acre of land,
