    I am offering for sale a house and land situated at 160 Harvey St., Harbour Grace. The house is an older two story built around 1948. It is situated on a plot of land around 60 ft. x 80 ft in the central part of the town. It is the house where I was raised by my parents. They have both passed and it it is now time to let it go. Taxes are up to date. The land was surveyed around 2013. The shingles are around 7 years old. The back porch is around 6 years old. The property is registered in my name.
