    This serigraph, after the oil painting " HABITANTS SLEIGHING" by Corneilus Krieghoff (1815 - 1872 ) was owner by Farley Mowat and donated to the Royal Ontario Art Gallery by his wife Mrs H.M. Mowat in 1939. this piece remained in their collection until i purchased it in 1995. Provenance is included with the piece and can be verified through the A.G.O. After enjoying it for some 30 years, i feel its time to allow it a new home to be further appreciated and preserved by the right individual who understands its historical significance.
