    Retired professional and her son are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom home to lease in the St. John's/Mt.Pearl/Torbay/Paradise area. Landlord is selling home we are leasing now so we need something by May 1st. We have a golden retriever so home must be dog friendly.     Still Looking!!! for a single family home for rent, does not need to be a large home, but no other tenants is a must, as it’s the reason we are wanting to leave this place and move. Myself, my missus and our 13yr old son, no pets, permanent reliable steady income. Looking for extremist term. We have been in this house now for nine years but cannot take the new downstairs tenants any longer, we are miserable, and my wife has extreme medical issues and needs some peace.
