I posted her last year for 12,500 last year when I was debating on selling. Since then Ive put new fenders and fender flares on the jeep. Unfortunately theres now a coolant leak (heater core) and thermostat is sticking due to the stop leak cubes we tried to stop the coolant leak before figuring out it was the heater core. The parts are a couple hundred (I have the part numbers) plus whatever labour will cost If I fix the coolant issue before sale the price will be 12,500+ again. Engine light on occasionally for gas cap, Body is showing surface rust on the quarters, underneath the mirrors, the plates near the windshield and a spot on hood. One spot has gone through on the drivers door under the mirror. Aftermarket bumpers that started to start over the winter. I have valve cover gaskets as well to go with the Jeep and a set of winters on rims that should last another year or two . Theres also a set of 18 wheels that I had 33s (tires no good) on that can go with it. And the summers should last another year at least. Jeep roof hammock as well as stock grille. As much as I had full intention on keeping and continuing to use the Jeep, its not practical with a growing family, 5 dogs and traveling to st.johns with school. Things done in the past year -Fenders (plus paint) -flares -brakes and rotors around -input and output shaft seals -rear passenger side axle -new brake lines -grille -Both front axle seals Etc I have sunk a boat load of money into this Jeep since buying it in 2021. From paint to mechanical repair I dont want to lose what I put into it. Its not costing me anything to sit in the driveway so Im not rushing to sell but I am looking into a new rig so the sooner the better. Please PM with any questions. For sale a 2011 jeep patriot, it has 174000 km on motor , body is good shape. Reason for selling transmission has a bad noise in it ,it runs and drives but the transmission will need to be replaced. It come with spare motor, computer, and body parts. Everything works , needs very little to pass inspection except the transmission shit the bed lol, It has 4 good all season tires and 4 spare aluminum wheels as well . The front and rear cradles has been replaced. I bought it to fix up but the transmission is too big of a job for me.
