Sous Chef Position Available
We are looking for a Sous Chef for this upcoming season. Our adventure fishing lodges are located on the Eagle River and in Mealy Mountain Park Labrador and are premier destinations. We focus on foraged, wild game and farm to table cuisine. Our focus is on healthy high end fine dinning and strive to not only meet expectations but to go over and above in all aspects of service. We have a state of the art kitchen with all new equipment and continue to grow each year.
What we are looking for:
At least 4 years of experience, preferably in fine dinning or high quality farm to table style cuisine.
You should be well versed in many aspects of cooking such as baking, à la carte service, and family style meals.
You must be able to handle isolation and be able to live well with others .
You must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
