The trailer also comes with a cover for the winter months ($500+ new). If you decide to keep the site the trailer is on, I have already cleared that with the park owner. Trust me, this is a great site! There is a trail on one side which adds extra privacy, and you would have easy access to the woods behind you which is not the case with every site. It is a great place for hammocks and there are playhouses already there for kids to use. There is great protection from the wind with ample parking for multiple vehicles.
