For sale, 1988 Nova Heritage yacht. This yacht is 35' long, 12.6' wide, draws
3.5' and weighs 28,000 lbs. she has a heavy constructed solid fibre glass hull
with a deep keel. outside is equipped with a large aluminum swim platform with
outside shower, nice covered back deck with wet bar and stainless barbecue.
flybridge has ample seating and has hard top as well. forward deck has seating
and electric windlass anchor. the inside is constructed with beautiful teak
from bow to stern with more storage than you could ever need. the aft stateroom
has a walk around queen with memory foam mattress, hanging closet, flat screen
tv, and ensuite with stall shower. forward stateroom has over under V bunks,
flat screen, and ensuite. galley is very well equipped with a deep double
stainless sink, large two door fridge, three burner stove with oven, built in
microwave, built in toaster oven, and booth style table. the main salon has the
lower helm and controls. the engine room has the 8.5KW diesel gen set in a
sound box with only 288 hours which easily runs everything on the boat. the
main engines are 6 cylinder 200hp turbo charged perkins with less than 1200
hours. this boat is very economical at 7-8 knots but also has the power to move
if need be. it has a reverse cycle cruise air heat/ac. The fuel capacity is
approx 300 gallons. fresh water approx 200 gallons. and holding tank is approx
30 gallons. there are two marine radios, a new garmin gps chartplotter/sounder.
she is a comfortable live aboard long range yacht.
