I'm looking for a roommate to split the rent of a two bedroom apartment in Grand Fall's Windsor for January 2020. The apartment is within two minutes walking distance of the College of The North Atlantic. The apartment is fully furnished besides the second bedroom which comes with a double bed. The building has on-site laundry facilities and includes snow shoveling in the winter. Utilities and internet/TV included in the price. With my work schedule I do 12 hour shifts, 2 days, 2 nights and then off 4 days so I'm not there much other than to basically sleep and shower during my 4 shifts. The building is quiet and within walking distance to grocery stores and mall with ample parking space if needed.
