Looking for a home to rent. Will pay an extra $500.00 (one time) as an incentive to receive the first choice (if the property is the right one). It must be 3 bedrooms, preferably in CBS. 2nd choice would be around Village Mall. Would like the option to have a small dog. And near the water or walking trails would be a bonus! Looking to pay approximately 1400.00/month. I have all necessary finances in place with references.
