Many thousands of dollars were spent over the last decade to update/maintain the vehicle: 1. Recently replaced exhaust and gaskets, and tail pipe. 2. Upgraded intelligent charger/converter so shore power is always plugged in and the house battery can be kept at best condition. 3. Upgraded 3 row radiator for better cooling. 4. Power converter using the car's charging/battery system to provide 110V AC electricity. 5. Energy efficient propane hot water heater for shower. 6. New fresh water pump installed. 7. Timing kit including chain, cam sprockets, chain guides have been replaced. 8.. New coolant water pump installed. 9. New drive belts installed. 10. All radiator hoses and heater hoses have been replaced. 11. GM Alternator Upgrade for higher alternator output. 12. Michelin truck tires (made in France) installed. Still have good treads. 13. I've been asked , why all the upgrades? Almost Every motorhome you see on the go is built on a Ford chassis. They just slap them together with the basic suspension etc.. When you drive a motorhome it's rocking and swaying and you get what they call white knuckle driving. I put all the upgrades on the motorhome to eliminate that. Now it drives and handles 100% better. We had all the intentions of keeping it however things change sometimes without notice. if you buy one you'll probably have to do the same plus buy an extended warranty, which starts at $5000.00. I've found that the RV dealers around here won't look at you unless you by from them . Marble RV will honor there commitment on the Motorhome if you have any issues. Right now I have it winterized and stored. If you where to buy it you could keep it here until the spring. Come out for a look.
