We are looking buy an out board motor to go on a 22'' Bay Rider, any thing from a 45 up to a 150 Evinrude, Yamaha, Johnson, Honda looking for an older motor 2 stroke or 4 don't matter. It can be a 20 or 25 inch shaft, Prefer 25, but will make a 20 work if it is in good condition. I have a 2000 Evinrude 150 HP 25" leg. This engine has 290 hours and was running perfectly until late August 2020. It began running rough and the dealer, Blue Water has analyzed and thinks that it need to have the ignition computer reprogrammed. I understand that this would require replacing the computer or shipping the ignition computer to one of several reprogramming firms at a cost of $600 US. The engine has full and even compression. It has two props, one stainless steel and one aluminium. Price, including controls, is $1200 firm.

Just removed a 1989 3.7l mercruiser, alpha one out drive, controls and steering all in excellent shape expect from the cylinder head it has a Crack between two valves and well need to be sent away for repair if your interested in all or any parts just let me know

Will sell PARTSI have 2 full engines with minor issues, I have videos of compression tests and engine starting and reving up, i also have another engine for parts. One good engine has a brand new stator that was 1000 plus tax, as well as a new timing trigger that was 300 plus tax. The lower unit has a new impeller, housing, and gaskets. Anyone who has the time and know how to work on the engines could make 2 good strong engines. Also have controls and harness with them.
