Price Drop. This is cost price to build this box sleigh. Newly built in
February 2020. Runners consist 2 pieces of 2” x 6” bolted, glued and clamped.
Bottom is secured to the runners with bolts. 5/8 plywood bottom inside. Box
liner and Teflon complete the bottom. 1/2” plywood box that is removable within
2 mins by taking out 8 small bolts. Box dimensions are 78” x 32”. Box on the
front fits Stihl 250 w/ 16” bar, chain oil, and mixed gas perfectly. When the
sleigh is komatik style you can easily add a couple bunks for hauling logs.
Perfect sleigh for large trips to the cabin or hauling large loads of firewood.
Reason for selling is that I have decided
to get my firewood delivered now instead of cutting it myself.
