They feature a half-leather lining, leather outsoles, and nailed Biltrite rubber heels. They are constructed using the Goodyear-welt process (the way a quality shoe is made) that permits repairs. The shoes have been fully cleaned, conditioned and polished and the leather is soft and in excellent condition.
