Biewer Terriers are not very terrier-like. They are sweeter and more patient, and not as hyper or demanding as some Yorkshire Terriers can be. Biewer Terriers do not bark a lot and get along with people/kids of all ages and other pets. The Biewer Terrier hasn't been recognized as their own breed by the CKC until January 2023 of last year. Runner is a sweet meduim haired bobtail guy a year and half old. He started as a feral and was brought indoors. Last year he spent most outdoors. Is now making a great transition indoors. He does like to go out and come back in. He knows his name. Has allowed me to pet him. Was able to pick him up. He is so very close. He now watches with the other cats. Everyday he gets a bit closer. He loves other cats. He is used to large dogs. He ia used to family noises. He just needs more time to fully be able to out hia guard down. He ia so close.
