The thing is my grandfather had this and thought he needed a new one. So when we bought the new one we checked online on how to sharpen the heads. We did that and cleaned it thoroughly with Silvo metal cleaner. He tried it and it worked as good as the new one. The new one couldn't be returned. Battery life is excellent and it charges in a couple of hours and doesn't have to be left plugged in. Was used once after cleaning to see if it had sharpened. Other then that the plastic on the power button has a small crack but doesn't affect use at all. Shown in second photo. Here is some info on this product on the link below:
