Pump organ, still works perfect, don’t know much about it. This is what I was told by a organ specialist. It was sold or marketed as a church organ. Most pump organs have only 9 to 11 stops. Your organ has 18. You could look at a thousand pump organs and not see one that has18 stops.

Of the 653 pump organ manufacturers that were once in business in this country, Cornish was one of the top dozen. You've got yourself a real keeper.

They built your organ out of Walnut. Only about 20% of pump organs were built with Walnut. They considered it a premium wood and only use it for a manufacturer's upper-end models.
