Newly single man, the unexpected and sudden loss of my wife has left me unable to pay for this large house with all the bills. Permanent reliable income. No worries about cigarettes gave them up almost 20 years ago. I’d like a place with some space if possible I have a lifetime of things I need to get rid of to downsize. I’m an ideal tennant, never had a party in my life not gonna start now. Very respectful of other tenants. My wife and I have been renting this same place for around 10 years or more now, so we were obviously good tenants.
