Apartment needed, preferably 2 bdrm, may consider 1 bdrm depending on size.
Newly single man, the unexpected and sudden loss of my wife has left me unable
to pay for this large house with all the bills. Permanent reliable income. No
worries about cigarettes gave them up almost 20 years ago. I’d like a place
with some space if possible I have a lifetime of things I need to get rid of to
downsize. I’m an ideal tennant, never had a party in my life not gonna start
now. Very respectful of other tenants. My wife and I have been renting this
same place for around 10 years or more now, so we were obviously good tenants.
I’m in a situation now I never thought I’d find myself in at the age of 49,
grieving a wife and starting again.
I’m a great tenant, and you would not regret renting to me. If you have a nice
good clean apartment to rent and if you are a respectful easy to get along with
owner please reach out. Finding a place is hard enough, and trying to do it
while grieving the sudden death of your wife makes it that much harder.
So please a great tenant deserves a great landlord and vice versa.
I’m trying to stay out of the St. John’s area that has a higher crime rate.
And more into the cbs area or maybe somewhere else I’m open depending. My max
is around $900 or so, hopefully less but you know.
