    I am offering for sale a house and land situated at 160 Harvey St., Harbour Grace. The house is an older two story built around 1948. It is situated on a plot of land around 60 ft. x 80 ft. in the central part of the town. Taxes are up to date. The land was surveyed around 2013. The shingles are around 7 years old. The back porch was completely rebuilt about 6 years ago. The property is registered in my name. It is situated on land which fronts Harvey St, The rear of the property skirts the south side of Well's Lane. The front of the property is relatively flat whereas the rear fence is elevated about 10 ft compared to the front. I'm advertising the house as a " fixer upper " so interested parties understand that you simply can't walk in and set up house without some interior repairs and remodeling. Over the past number of years I have removed an old chimney to make room for closet space upstairs. I have additionally leveled the upstairs ceilings and trued the walls while installing new insulation , vapor barrier and drywall. The walls are primed and ready for paint The upstairs needs new trims, flooring and windows. The house is heated by electricity and has a 200 amp electrical panel. The downstairs walls needs to be insulated. There is a shed which measures about 8" x 12" to the west of the house and about halfway up the property. I am not including any pictures of the interior as there are renovation materials strewn around everywhere. It does have new aluminum rain gutters and down spouts. The foundation is concrete block in front and over halfway up the sides. The rear is beams on concrete piers. There is a small concrete block basement which will need a sump pump intsall.
