well i am putting this out there with hope that some one read's it that as an
apartment for rent i do not care what it look's like i just need a place to get
me true winter .i have a job in downtown on waterstreet .i be going back to
work soon .i was renting a place on eric street and it was sole .i am now being
push by the ones who rent me this place to get out fast .i do not want to deal
with what is not my doing i am looking for a place for a long time to live
there i am form st john's newfoundland i have one car that i do not want to
live in for the winter and be found as a block of ice . i have one cat who be's
out side went nice. i have good in come set up for my self . i am quite do not
drink i have no girl friend or have no kid's i need a small place to lay down

I am offering for sale a house and land situated at 160 Harvey St., Harbour
Grace. The house is an older two story built around 1948. It is situated on a
plot of land around 60 ft. x 80 ft in the central part of the town. It is the
house where I was raised by my parents. They have both passed and it it is now
time to let it go. Taxes are up to date. The land was surveyed around 2013. The
shingles are around 7 years old. The back porch is around 6 years old. The
property is registered in my name. It is situated on land which fronts Harvey
St., is bounded East and West by two other privately owned properties , one of
which is vacant. The rear of the property skirts the south side of Well's Lane.
The front of the property is relatively flat whereas the rear fence is elevated
about 10 ft compared to the front. I have no other choice but to advertise the
house as a " fixer upper ". Over the past number of years I have removed the
old chimney to make room for closet space upstairs. I have additionally leveled
the upstairs ceilings and trued the walls while installing new insulation ,
vapor barrier and gyproc. The walls are primed and ready for paint The upstairs
