an alternative source of heat.
The cabin is approximately a 20-minute drive to Bay Roberts, South and North
River; about a 15-minute drive to Avondale and 20-minute drive to Salmonier and
The Wilds Golf Course; 35-minute drive to Mount Pearl and 45-minute drive to
St. John’s; surrounding areas include Cupids, Brigus, Brigus Junction,
Whitbourne and Carbonear. Drive to Long Harbour is approximately 40 minutes;
Soldier’s Pond is about 20 – 25 minutes drive.
There is also a 40-inch flat-screen LED TV, and tenant can activate a Bell
Account at his/her expense if wanted. Internet is available from xplornet but
can be sketchy and unreliable at times. The cost is approximately $115/month.
No pets or smokers (either in or on the property) and a maximum of 2 people
