I adopted a new kitten and realized this had to go. Some light scratches, no major tears.

“Chocolate” colour real leather reclining couch and chair in great condition, reason for selling is don’t fit our space.

I have a virtually new sofa set nearly identical to this set. The only difference is the location of the recline feature. The one I have has the pull cord between the seat and cushion. It was used for three months prior to moving where it didn't fit my new home. It was stored in heated unit, then used for a year by my current great tenants. They have a small tea cup dog and kept it covered. I moved it into the apartment but it is much much to large for the space and not functional. My tenants are just moving so I am selling them to replace with apartment friendly sized furniture. This is ideal for a larger basement and big screen or an open concept living space! I absolutely love them. It is a $6000 Ashley Furniture set purchase from the former Lane home furnishings. Includes sofa, love seat and 'chair and a half'. I just need them moved and reasonable return on the investment to replace with something small. Pick up only. Muscle required for moving, they're heavy duty and high quality! Bought this at Cohen’s in late May, 2022. Not suitable for me. I’ve been the only one who’s used this since it got delivered around 4 weeks ago, and I’m a non-smoker. There’s a wee nick (around 1 cm in diameter) in the rear side - see pic. Was in the clearance section when purchased (invoice reflects this: “as is”). Pick up only; cannot deliver.
