    As the subject line says, I am just curious if there are any property owners in the St. John’s area that would be willing to create a rent to own agreement on their house for either 20 or 25 years for 850 per month without a large downpayment required upfront? I know I can always pay the rent on time since I have been doing It for the past 10 years now in this city. The only reason I can’t provide a large downpayment upfront is because the amount of income that I make varies every month and also because I just haven’t saved up 20,000 or 30,000 at this time. I also think the owner should pay the property taxes each year until the 20 or 25 year contract is finished and the house belongs to me just because that is my own personal preference. I will pay all of the insurance and maintenance costs on the property though if they are ever required. If you agree to create and sign this agreement , I will also just say that I know I can fulfill it since I’m only 34 years old. I have no health concerns or medical issues of any kind so there is no reason to believe that I won’t live until I am 60 or older. I have contacted many real estate agencies and other home owners directly in the past to inquire about rent to own agreements but most would not negotiate with me without the down payment. Some agencies also just refused to sign an agreement unless I agreed to paying the yearly property taxes on the house. But since I don’t want to do that, I have spelled out the terms of what will be our actual agreement here instead. Perhaps you are a property owner that has just been trying to sell your house for a very long time and you can’t find anyone that will commit to buying it ? If you are that person, my offer might be of some interest to you.
