work. Have 2 kids and a dog. We are a responsible family no partying. ( I have
a house of my own & a rental in Central NL). So I know that renting with pets
can be discouraging. However, our dog is also kennel trained for times we

Hello! We are a couple in our late 20s/early 30s who will be moving to St
John's in mid to late-August. My husband will be attending a graduate program
at MUN, and I am a marketing professional who works from home.
We are non-smokers and do not have pets. We also won't have a vehicle so are
looking to rent in a central location within walking distance to downtown. We
are responsible and quiet tenants who have been renting for over a decade and
can provide references if needed!
We are looking for a 2 bedroom or a 1 bedroom + den, (or a 1 bedroom + large
living room with enough space for an office area). We'd ideally like 1.5 - 2
We have just three must-haves for our home: a dishwasher, in suite laundry,
and a private outdoor space (balcony/porch/yard/etc).
