    Hey there, we are looking for nice friendly and clean roommates to share our historic house in the heart of Georgetown. The House is a gorgeous typical St John's house with original wood flooring. The living room is equipped with a central fireplace that gives access to the dining area and the fully equipped half-open kitchen. It is located a stone through away from the iconic Georgestown bakery and faces the Georgestown cafe And Bookshelf. We have 3 rooms left to fill with relative comparable. The biggest room would be downstairs in the basement. It has its own entrance and lobby and stair access to the upper levels. It's furnished with a double bed, a big dresser, a desk and an office chair with plenty of space remaining. The two other bedrooms are located on the second level are also furnished with beds, desks and chairs and have their own closet listed for 450 $. The common areas comprise the fully furnished living room equipped with a flat-screen tv and an android box with access to Netflix, a dining area giving, and the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer and pantry with An entrance to the patio and the backyard. The house is very well maintained, and the utilities are not included. They will be shared amount the people living in the house. We want to have a clean, light and friendly living environment. For this reason, we welcome all peoples of all ages, sex, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religious beliefs and path of life.
