Access to the East Coast Trail is a one-minute walk. There are two bedrooms and a den as well as two full bathrooms plus a half bathroom (toilet and sink). Amenities include the following: Queen-sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, 40-inch LED flat-screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms; 46-inch LCD TV in the living room with basic cable (can be a by tenant); stackable full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is a wood stove available for use, but tenant(s) are responsible for providing wood and cleaning the stove. In addition, there are two mini-split heat pumps. There is a paved driveway with plenty of parking for two cars. There is a 20x20 shed available for storage (shared with the landlord).
