The property is located off the main road and is on a very quiet, residential street (although visitors/locals often visit the beach area next to the house). There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which overlooks the hillsides of Torbay. This unique house and property are just feet away from the ocean, as well as Torbay Beach, and access to the East Coast Trail is just outside the doorstep. There are 3 bedrooms, all with ocean views. There is one full bathroom upstairs (bathtub/shower) with another half bathroom on the main level. Amenities include the following: new Queen-sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, TVs in the living room as well as all bedrooms; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker; full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor. Absolutely no smokers (in or on the property) and no pets.     3 bedroom half duplex in beautiful pouch cove just minutes away from the east coast trails. Property is 30 minutes east of St. John’s. Pictures are 3 years old so some things are a little different. One main thing is that we converted one of the bedrooms into a laundry room and added washer n dryer hookups in that bedrooms closet. The bedrooms are small overall so would be better suited for a smaller family / couple / individual. Also upstairs has a low ceiling so if you are over 6 ft, you probably won’t take it. Also the 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs heaters don’t work. When we lived there ourselves we just kept the doors open so the heat from downstairs kept the entire home the same temperature. We are willing to fix this but you would need to wait a few months as we would need to completely rewire the entire house and change out the electrical panel. If you are okay with it the way it is, it could potentially be available much sooner. Tenant applicant must provide references, credit report and proof of income. Rent is 900$ POU. The home is heated by electric heat baseboard heaters. Heating costs range from 150 in summer up to 400 or more in the winter depending on how hot you keep the house.
