I have been an independent cleaning lady in the industry for 16 years. I have alternated from part time to a full time schedule recently. If you are looking to have your residence or air BNB cleaned weekly Mondays or bi-weekly Tuesday, Thursday or Friday I have a few openings available. I am located in Mount Pearl but will travel within 20 minute distance for cleaning services. Rates vary from approximately 20+ an hour depending on services provided. There are some examples below. Flat rates could be up for discussion. Surface clean includes: dust/wipe of open surfaces or around objects without moving them. 1-2 bathrooms(toilet, sink,wipe down of shower, sweep/mop). Sweep/vacuum/mop. Deeper clean: 2.5+ bathrooms 2+floors Dust and wipe down surfaces move smaller items as necessary, microwave wipe down, glass where necessary (mirrors/windows). Bathrooms(toilet, sink,wipe down of shower, sweep/mop). Sweep/vacuum/mop. Deepest clean or Move in / Move out base rate per hr. All of the above + wipe down of cupboards+baseboards+appliances+windows Appliances can be booked or added on to a surface or deep clean at a price per appliance. Other services: Packing/unpacking Reorganizing spaces Raking or light gardening. I accept cash or e-transfer as payment. Spend less time cleaning and more time on what's important! I've registered my business in September and had great feedback. We charge $26.08+tax/hour ($29.99 tax in) We charge additional $5/hour for our weekend rate. For a standard clean, we clean bathrooms, kitchen (appliance exteriors, counter and surface wipe down), everywhere is dusted, swept and mopped. If you would like baseboards and walls spot wiped, cupboard exteriors, window sills, etc. There is no extra charge! Just let us know and it will just take more time to complete the job. Services that do require additional charges are; -Appliance interiors (stove, fridge, microwave) $30 -Potential risk (broken glass, animal/human waste) $30 -If the unit is over 30 minutes travelling for your scheduled cleaner, we require a travel fee (You will be informed if this applies upon booking) $30 If you're interested in booking, please provide me with your availability, home location, and phone number. For new clients we now ask for a $20 deposit for cancellations of 24 hours or less notice. If you could also provide me with details such as how often you are hoping to book, how many bedrooms and bathrooms are in the unit, the location, along with what days you are available/unavailable, that would be very helpful!
