Shure Model 19B209694P1 (was original a microphone for some GE Business Base Transceiver & warehouse PA systems - Has GE logo on top but made by Shure on bottom of mic)

I bought this used a few years ago for around $45. It would need to be wired up for a radio.

Selling for $35 because I'm selling it untested.
