This statuette has a nice, wide base to safely hold a candle.
There is a crack in the ceramic on her left neck area (that I just noticed before posting!)
You can see it in the "close-up" picture.

This is an art piece labelled as: BELLE EPOQUE Sigma The Tastesetter Candle Holder Art Nouveau Spring Goddess Lady.
