I have a brand new PowerPex crimp tool that did literally one crimp. It can do 1", 3/4", 1/2", and 3/8" crimps. Crimp dies easily slip on and off the tool as they are spring loaded. I bought it for $140 at Kent but can't return it (lost the receipt).... so my lost is your gain, $90 ONO.

Either part of the front casting broke off and the owner just cut the rest away to make it into a bullnose block plane, or the owner did it deliberately so that he could have a bullnose version. This could be a Stanley or a Stanley 'knock-off'. Either way, this is an old tool (as the pictures clearly show). I just can't provide provenance.
