Was parked on private land; towed x4 on Avalon (less than 250 km-total). Not
used in last 2 seasons. In excellent condition, recently detailed: caulked; one
new tire; new battery. Many nice features including: 2 slides; AC; electric
fireplace; stovetop has a glass cover; power awning; electric hitch; power
stabilizer; outside shower; covered air vents in ceiling of bedroom & bathroom;
skylight in bathroom. Island in kitchen area contains a double deep bowl sink,
and gives extra counter space & storage. Some specs on trailer contained in
photos. Newly licensed.
