2007 Copper Canyon Sprinter 5TH Wheel 252FWRLS couples trailer Total length is 27.7 feet and has one slide, one awning. Sleeps 6, main bedroom with queen size bed, table converts to a bed and loveseat also has a pull out bed. Has fridge, stove, microwave all in working order. Private Bathroom, stand up shower no tub and vanity with sink. Smoke free, very clean trailer only ever used by a couple no small children. All original flooring and carpet. No mold or mildew. Had a very small leak in the bedroom closet, seemed more like condensation on the wall then a leak. It was like a pinhole in the seam/caulking outside and that was repaired a couple years ago and we have been using it ever since with no issues. Roof is all caulked and sides. Water heater is gas or electric and was replaced the beginning of this summer with a good used one and works perfect. This trailer has been parked in two seasonal parks for the last 13 years.
