Villa is located in English urbanization just outside the Spanish village of Algorfa about 10-15 minutes drive from the Mediterranean and miles of white sand beaches on the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca (White Coast) boasts some of the best weather on the Mediterranean with more than 345 days of sunshine per year. Commercial area with convenience store, bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Many Spanish villages with restaurants, banks, bakeries, shopping and daily markets are located nearby.
