The property is located off the main road (visitors/locals often visit the beach area next to the house). There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which overlooks the hillsides of Torbay. This unique house and property are just feet away from the ocean, as well as Torbay Beach and access to the East Coast Trail is just outside the doorstep. There are 3 bedrooms, all with ocean views. There is one full bathroom upstairs (bathtub/shower) with another half bathroom on the main level. Amenities include the following: new Queen-sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils; TVs in the living room as well as all bedrooms, however, Cable TV only in the living room. The other TVs can accommodate streaming devices; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer; full-sized washer, and dryer on the second floor. Absolutely no smokers (in or on the property) and no pets.
